This gallery is constructed at a record time of 4 months using steel frame and bondek construction.
It is designed to complement and provide a counter-point to its lush setting.
The concept here is to design a vertical structure that is responsive to its context and is raised on stilts to minimize slope cutting and falling of trees. Spaces are distilled and shaped into volumes and stacked one on top of the other to maximize views. Allowing the public to fully engage in a dialogue between edifice and native.
The structure can be dismantled and re-assembled at another place for another use.
