Our first overseas project, this mixed-use development in Papua New Guinea comprises a hotel and apartment block, as well as retail outlets, a hypermarket and office. As of January 2007, drawings had been submitted to the authorities in PNG for construction approval.
Although the construction methods and design approach don’t differ much from our norm, the cultural and anthropological differences add a distinctive ‘local’ flavour to the buildings.
